Mental Health Housing

Adult Care Facilities
Located in Erie and Ottawa Counties and licensed through the Ohio Department of Health, these Adult Care Facilities provide assistance with daily living skills for adults diagnosed with severe mental illness. Each home is able to accommodate up to five residents.
Community Residence
Scattered site apartments are located in Port Clinton and Sandusky, Ohio for severely mentally disabled adults who need assistance with rent and supportive services to maintain independent living.
Funding for the Mental Health Residential Program is provided by the Erie and Ottawa Mental Health and Recovery Board.
